Set just off the kitchen, the Pastis Bar is where things feel a little more relaxed — an open, lively space that moves easily between indoors and out, with the western terrace opening up to Sydney Harbour Bridge views.
Ideal for work celebrations, birthday drinks or client entertaining, Pastis is made for standing, sipping, and settling into the moment. Watch the kitchen in full swing, keep a drink in hand, and let the room carry the energy.
The Pastis Bar accommodates up to 40 guests standing, with bookings available for a 3-hour duration.
A minimum spend of $3,000 applies, with a $500 deposit required to secure your reservation. Drinks packages are available, alongside our full bar menu.

Specials are subject to change. A 3% gratuity applies to all dine-in bills, removable upon request. 10% service charge replaces the gratuity for those dining on group menus. 15% surcharge applies to all bills on Public Holidays.
