Raw beef tartare, confit garlic, cured egg, crème fraîche

250g pasture-fed scotch fillet steak MB3+, seeded mustard jus
Barramundi, coconut and tamarind sauce, curry leaf oil

T&Cs: Festive menus are available from 16 November to 24 December 2026. Groups of 6 or more are required to dine on a festive banquet during this period. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability.

Both menus are shared banquets. Festive Shared Menu 1 ($79pp) includes garlic pizza bread and dips, stracciatella, orecchiette with pork sausage ragout, 250g scotch fillet, mixed leaf salad and flan with dulce de leche. Festive Shared Menu 2 ($105pp) adds raw beef tartare, barramundi with coconut and tamarind sauce, and shoestring fries.
