On Wednesday 31 December 2025, Martinez welcomed guests for a standout New Year’s Eve celebration overlooking the harbour.
The evening featured a four-hour experience of roaming canapés, generous seafood grazing stations and flowing drinks, set to live jazz that eased into a DJ-led countdown to midnight. From early evening through to late night, guests enjoyed Champagne, cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere under the stars.
